Libor Žák, The development proposal of a developing area in the municipality of Březolupy.

64 pages The aim of the final thesis is to make a proposal for a one-family housing development in the developing area which can be found in the west part of the Březolupy municipality, in the local part called Lower gates. This part consists of garden plots and arable soil.

The territorial study is processed in accordance with urbanistic and technical conditions and with the local plan of Březolupy and takes into account the use of this area for individual living.

The proposal includes three variants, the most optimal choice of which is choosen and furher on dealt with in more details. As a part of study there is also a town design with emphasis on suitable form and orientation of the designed houses. SWOT analysis was carried out with all the three variants.

The solution includes also a proposal of the technical and traffic infrastructure, visualization, public green and evaluation of financial expenses.
