Analýza systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení

Abstract

Main aim of this diploma thesis is the analysis of employee benefits in a selected healthcare facility. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on the employee benefits, history, classification and funding funds. The firts part of the diploma thesis practical part is focused on the characteristics of Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava, in which analysis of employee. A survey aimed at satisfaction with employee benefits was concucted through a questionnaire survey. The research results were evaluated and interpreted. The conclusion of this work contains recommendations for improving the current system of employee benefits.
