Abstract
The content of this thesis is focused on stock management for company HP – Pelzer s.r.o. odštěpný závod Ostrava. Also, stock and stock management are characterized. Furthermore, ABX and XYZ analyses are introduced, which are used in the practical part of the thesis for the distribution of the production material to groups. Afterwards, the insurance inventory is described. Then it is used as a design model of the insurance inventory for the company mentioned.
