Bytové domy Poruba

Abstract

Hlavní cílem diplomové práce je provést návrh bytových domů v Ostravě – Porubě na ulici Polská. Práce řeší jednotlivé dispoziční řešení bytových domů a přilehlých prostor. Jsou řešeny dvě varianty. První varianta obsahuje jeden typ bytových domů, druhá varianta je řešena jako soubor dvou variant bytových domů s podzemním parkováním pod vymezenou částí pozemku. Bytové domy jsou dále řešeny s jednotlivými variantami podlaží se zahrnutím transformace sociálních služeb, bezbariérových a upravitelných bytů. V obou případech je dbáno na bezbariérovost vnitřních i vnějších prostor.

The main objective of this thesis is to design residential buildings in Ostrava - Poruba on the streets of Polska. The work addresses the individual layout of residential buildings and adjoining areas. They addressed two variants. The first variant contains one type of residential buildings, the latter is designed as a set of two variants of apartment buildings with underground parking under the definition of the property. Residential buildings are also dealt with individual variations floor to include the transformation of social services, wheelchair accessible and editable apartments. In both cases, care is taken to provide disabled access internal and external space.
