Abstract

Increase performance of parts production processes using Lean Production philosophy The subject of this thesis was to increase process performance parts production processes using Lean Production applications in the company United Polymers Ltd. In the theoretical part of this thesis I dealt with the description of knowledge in Lean Production, and utility tools for its application, which served as the basis for the practical part. In the practical part I introduced the company, described the current state of selected parts, an analysis of their material and value flow. On the opportunities for improvement that emerged from the analysis, I propose suggestions to improve the production processes of parts, which I then analyze and evaluate their benefits.
