Vliv torkretačních hmot na čistotu oceli

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit a popsat vliv torkretačních materiálů používaných v mezipánvích na čistotu oceli. V první části je dopodrobna popsán celý provoz zařízení plynulého odlévání oceli a mezipánev jako taková. Mezipánev je velmi důležitá, jelikož je v procesu zpracování tekuté oceli posledním místem před tuhnutím oceli, kde je ještě možné ovlivnit její čistotu. Dále je věnována pozornost především pracovním vyzdívkám mezipánve a díky zahraničním výzkumům jsou přiblíženy prozkoumané vlivy vyzdívek na čistotu oceli.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate and describe the effect of the gunning materials used in the tundishes on the cleanliness of the steel. In the first part, the overall operation of the continuous steel casting plant and the tundishes as such are described in detail. The tundish is very important as it is the last place in the liquid steel process before the steel solidifies where the cleanliness of the steel can still be affected. In addition, special attention is paid to the working linings of the tundish and, thanks to research carried out abroad, the effects of the linings on the cleanliness of the steel are presented.
