Efektivní využívání času v práci manažera

Abstract

Main issue subjected to analysis in this thesis is examination of effective time management as a part of daily routine of managers. Preceded to practical part there is an explanation of key words. For purposes of analysing the time management it has been chosen technique of day time snapshot, on which basis manager activities has been divided according to its added value with subsequent assessment of its each overall contribution to manager daily routine. Component of this research study is conclusion section with proposals and recommendations regarding the time management and therefore increasing total effectiveness of chosen manager.
