Možnosti využití metody DOE pro odporové svařování kontaktů

Abstract

The aim of this study is to verify the practical use of the methods design of experiments (DOE) in practice. Practical application of this method will be carried in production relays. The target would be to determine which factor has the greatest influence on the quality. The first part is devoted to the theory. Includes basics of DOE, company information and other information about the product (relay). There will also be basic information about resistance welding. Then it will be analyzed the current state of the reference samples for quality characteristics. On the basis of this analysis will examine whether there are significant differences in the data between the contacts. It will also be determined which factor affects the most watched quality characteristics. The last part will be determined by the software what is the optimal setting for a particular character quality.
