Dlouhodobé měření optických a elektrických vlastností nanokompozitu polyanilin/montmorillonit vzorků

Abstract

This diploma work is focused on measurement of optical and electrical properties of polyaniline/montmorillonit (PANI/MMT) nanocomposite, which have been applied in thin film form on laboratory glass substrate. Samples used in this diploma work have been prepared in Nanotechnology Centre and Chemistry Department of VŠB-TU Ostrava. Electrical resistance, optical transmittance and polarizing properties of reflected light radiation have been measured. Due to the bachelor thesis continuity, results of above mentioned parameters in long-term horizon from samples preparation are presented. Part of measured samples have been subjected to thermal stress under positive values of °C and another one to negative values of °C. Measurements have been performed at automated experimental workstations based on components from Thorlabs company and driven by a program created in software environment LabVIEW. During diploma work new automated measuring workstations for measurement of above mentioned parameters have been designed and constructed based on previous experience. Another measurement examinating damage threshold of PANI/MMT sample using high power laser, done in research and development centre HiLASE in Prague, have been performed as well.
