Jan Česelský, Ph.D. The goal of this Bachelor's thesis is an elaboration of a territorial study proposal of buildable area Z48 located in Příbor, which is surrounded by streets L. Janáčka and Na Benátkách. The concerned location is situated in the southeastern part of the city. The study is developed for the purpose of investigating and designing the layout of individual plots for housing and public grounds. The design is implemented by a variant solution. The urban concept is made in three variants, the resulting variant is elaborated in more detail. The more detailed solution includes the design of technical and transport infrastructure and an indicative calculation. The resulting variant was selected using analyzes.
