Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the economic situation of selected debtors who are in the process of debt relief. The aim of the thesis is to analyze individual cases of debtors and to identify key factors that influence the progress and outcomes of debt relief. The thesis also addresses the economic and social impacts of debt relief on individual debtors. The theoretical part explains basic concepts from the field of insolvency proceedings. The practical part is focused on detailed analyses of debtor cases, their evaluation, and comparison.
