Abstract

This thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the HP quality management trend, s.r.o. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the quality management system. In the introductory section, I asked what quality or quality is, why it is so important today, and briefly described the quality management system, what it does, and what standards are, used, and then Tools for the analysis of qualities. In addition, we focused on the theoretical part, where I characterized the company described the portfolio of products, the quality management system.
