Zhodnocení systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce obsahuje charakteristiku a zhodnocení systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců společnosti X. V první části práce jsou zhodnoceny teoretické poznatky z oblasti motivace, odměňování. Praktická část charakterizuje současný systém odměňování společnosti, a dále pak vyhodnocuje zaměstnanecký průzkum, který byl proveden formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výstupů dotazníkového šetření navrhuje úpravy systému odměňování a motivace pracovníků. Na základě výsledků analýz byly společnosti navrhnuty změny v systému odměňování, které by měly zlepšit současný stav.

The bachelor thesis contains the characteristics and an evaluation of remuneration system and motivation of employees of the company X. First part of the study evaluates the theoretical knowledge about motivation, rewarding. In the practical part characterizes the current system of remuneration of the company, and then evaluates the employee survey, which was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, it proposes adjustments of the remuneration system and motivation of employees. Based on the results of the analysis, the company has received suggestions to enhance the remuneration system that should improve the current situation.
