Možnosti zapojení Armády České republiky do řešení mimořádných událostí nevojenského charakteru

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is dealing with possibilities of involvement of the Army of the Czech Republic in dealing with non-military emergencies. The aim of this thesis is to present selected units of the army which have the greatest potential to contribute to primary emergency services to manage emergencies and to analyze capacity of army resources included in favor of emergency services on the basis of planned assistance contracts. Introductory part of the thesis presents the emergency service and its legislative framework then organization settings and coordination of the rescue and liquidation works and ways to provide assistance in dealing with emergencies. Furthermore, this thesis presents the Army of the Czech Republic and its organizational structure and selected units which have the greatest potential to deal with these emergencies. Moreover, this thesis compares requests on the basis of interdepartmental agreements on planned assistance with the stock numbers of these units.
