Informační systém SAP se zaměřením na materiálové hospodářství ve firmě ČEZ, a.s.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na implementaci informačního systému SAP ve společnosti ČEZ, a. s. a způsob vedení materiálového hospodářství. Teoretická část vymezuje základní charakteristiku a pojmy. Praktická část popisuje procesy materiálového hospodářství od nákupu, přes založení kmenového záznamu materiálu po skladovou evidenci v praxi. V závěru práce na základě uvedených skutečností je provedeno zhodnocení a navržena doporučení. Informace jsou čerpány z odborné literatury, internetu a z intranetu a interních zdrojů společnosti ČEZ, a. s.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the implementation of SAP system at ČEZ, a. s. company and the way of leading of material management. The theoretical part defines the basic characteristics and concepts. The practical part describes the different processes of material management all the way from purchase department through the establishment of master record material to stock evidence in practice. At the end of this bachelor thesis there is an assessment and proposed recommendations. The information are drawn from the literature, the internet and from intranet and internal resources of the ČEZ, a. s. company.
