Určení polohy vlaku na lomu pomocí RFID II

Abstract

This paper, which builds upon the Bachelor's thesis Train Positioning at the Quarry Using RFID, discusses the possibilities of using the RFID technology for positioning of railway vehicles on mining tracks and siding rails in surface mines. The paper verifies the use of this technology in real environment of railway transport in surface mines, and provides a methodology for testing the operation of the RFID technology, including a description of the components used and description of the impact on the existing infrastructure. The paper also includes statistical processing of measured values, drawing conclusions for the final assessment of the RFID technology impact on railway transport on mining tracks and siding rails in surface mines.
