Únik nebezpečných látek z mobilního zdroje

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou cvičení orgánů krizového řízení a složek integrovaného záchranného systému, jako jednou z forem jejich odborné přípravy na řešení mimořádných událostí a krizových situací. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány druhy cvičení, je nastíněn postup při přípravě cvičení a způsob vypracování scénáře cvičení. Teoretická část dále zahrnuje problematiku úniků nebezpečných látek z mobilního zdroje, rozebírá ohrožení vyplývající z této mimořádné události a uvádí příklady takovýchto událostí, které se staly jak na území České republiky, tak ve světě. V praktické části práce je představen koncept scénáře cvičení pro členy krizového štábu s námětem úniku velkého množství chloru z havarované cisterny.

The diploma thesis deals with problematic of the excercises of emergency management authorities and the emergency services of the integrated rescue system as one of the forms of their training for dealing with emergency events and crisis situations. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are characterized types of exercises, the procedure of preparing exercises and scenario of exercises. The theoretical part also includes the issue of leakage of hazardous substances from a mobile source, risks arising from this emergency event and gives examples of such events that have occurred in the Czech republic and the world. In the practical part, the concept of exercise scenario for members of the crisis staff with the theme of leakage of a large amount of chlorine from a crashed tank is presented.
