Spojování konvenčně nesvařitelných materiálů

Abstract

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with selected unconventional welding methods. These methods include laser welding, plasma welding and explosion welding. Within the weldability of the material with these methods the problem of welding titanium with steel is solved, which cannot be welded by conventional methods to maintain the high quality of the welded joint. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the explosion welded material steel 18/10 with titanium of commercial purity (CP Ti). Metallographic analysis of the samples was performed, in which, for example, the grain size or the parameters of the weld wave were examined. Vickers microhardness was also measured and the phases in the weld area were analysed by SEM.
