Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a project for the reconstruction of the original object according to customer requirements. The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to participate in the creation of a project that is focused on the implementation of low-voltage technologies in an object reconstructed into a pension. An inseparable part of the bachelor's thesis is to divide the project into better solvable phases, which are then divided into individual activities. Another factor that solves a substantial part of the project is the definition of the financial framework project, so that the investor can choose a variant solution of the project based on its financial capabilities. With the help of project management methods and ongoing research, the project is developed into a form based on communication with the customer, so that implementation part would be as easy as possible. The result of the bachelor's thesis is a project which meets customer requirements, whether it is financial, safe or functional.
