Uplatnění Public Private Partnership ve veřejném sektoru

Abstract

The aim of my thesis became a characterization and ensuring of the application of Public Private Partnership in the public sector, according to the benefits and risks of the project and set financial parameters, the example of PPP projects in transport. I chose the Expressway R1 part’s of Nitra - Tekovské Nemce and Banská Bystrica northern bypass projects by the way of an example. Results were obtained from analysis of the documents provided by GRANVIA, a. s., literature, relevant laws and SWOT analysis. The theoretical part is based on theoretical assumptions and the definition of Public Private Partnership. The practical part is devoted to the characterization of selected PPP project and implemented the object of my thesis.
