Abstract

The thesis purpose is conception design of means of technical assistance for work on the water surface in the fire brigade units of MSK. The statistic analysis and legal analysis have been made for attainment the purpose. The thesis describe actual situation of equipment for work on the water surface and location of the means on the fire stations. The conception design of the equipment is focused on the legal coresponding and the means effective utilization .
