Abstract
This thesis analyzes and evaluates the economic situation of selected debtors undergoing debt relief proceedings. The aim of the thesis is to analyze individual cases and identify key factors that influence the course and outcomes of debt relief. The thesis also focuses on the economic and social impacts of debt relief on the lives of debtors. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to insolvency proceedings. The practical part contains detailed analyses of specific cases, their evaluation, and comparison.
