Abstract

In the first part there is introduce overview of valid legislation in chemical substances and dangerous waste handling and accidents, caused by dangerous chemical substances and dangerous waste and list if its dangerous properties. The second part includes actual status of legislation and definition of critical points of legislation. In the third part there is description of real dangerous waste storage and its possible risks. In the last part there is suggestion of critical points improvement.
