Využití prostředků CFD analýzy pro řešení technických úloh

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the flow of methane in the rock layers, which have different characteristics given by the set gas permeability value at the given initial pressure conditions. The aim is to understand the behaviour of methane passing through the environment in different model situations while visualizing the results obtained using the CFD program. Geometry of the studied area was created using the Autodesk Inventor modelling software and all numerical flow simulation activities were then performed in the individual Ansys CFD tools. CFD analysis applied to a particular area of interest may allow individual underground processes to be inspected.
