Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of pH on the zeta potential of the environment, which affects the stability of clay suspensions. The aim of the study was to assess and confirm the global trend in the measurement area and the most appropriate pH environment for the stability of colloidal suspensions. It deals with the basic information of colloids, technology, commonly used in practice to measure the electrical double layer (zeta potential), its use and global researches of literature relevant to the topic. At the end are evaluated most relevant information based on foreign studies.
