Analýza a komparace dvou divizních fotbalových klubů

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis analyzes two divisional football clubs with subsequent comparison. These clubs are operating in the fourth highest competitions, namely FC Dolní Benešov and football club MFK Havířov. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze the mentioned clubs from the point of view of the structure of management, strategic goals, compare clubs from the sporting point of view and indicate the economic possibilities of individual clubs. Clubs have been found to differ primarily in the quality and structure of youth. As for the "A" teams, clubs are very similar. The management structure is more widespread in the MFK Havířov. Club MFK Havířov has total eleven teams. Club FC Dolní Benešov has only seven teams. In the final part I suggested possible solutions and suggestions for improving the work for each club.
