Návrh geometrie náprav a řízení malého vozidla

Abstract

This work deals with the issues of designing the geometry of wheel suspensions. The theoretical part describes various types of both dependent and independent wheel suspensions. Furthermore, the individual concepts necessary for designing axle geometry and wheel steering geometry are defined. The practical part then focuses on the actual design of the front double-wishbone suspension geometry and the design of the rear multi-link suspension for the lightweight sports car SC Micro. Subsequently, kinematic analysis was performed using the Lotus Suspension Analysis program. For the front suspension, two versions were created, each with different kinematic properties. The kinematic properties of these versions are described individually and then compared with each other. Only one design was created for the rear suspension, as it already exhibited good kinematic characteristics.
