Abstract

Managing operations and human activities in any organization involves various risks and problems, especially nowadays, when more emphasis is placed on the efficiency and performance of mechanization, but also of human resources. Often, the economy of operation is raised above the possible dangers and risks that can arise both from the natural influences of the environment, but also from anthropogenic factors that arise in the mining environment. Legislatively created prevention to increase work safety and reduce possible risks to improve safety and health protection at work (hereinafter referred to as OSH) and to protect the health of all employees is in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as CR), especially in mining activities or during activities carried out in a mining manner at a high level of merit of the State Mining Administration of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the SBS of the Czech Republic), which constantly increases this safety with its laws and decrees. The most important thing to prevent safety and health protection at work is the creation of a safe work system. A system that will constantly and automatically monitor, monitor, evaluate and point out possible dangers and risks to all employees at all levels so that health damage does not occur, because the value of human life and the health of each person is incalculable. Such a sophisticated system is very important in the management of such a demanding, organizationally complicated and large-scale surface mining operation, and every organization should pay attention to its creation.
