Abstract

The subject of the bachelor work “Strategic analysis of the company in providing services” is developing a list of threats for a company in providing services. First, they are processed theoretical knowledge of the analysis of micro and macroeconomics environment and the application of the PEST, SWOT analysis and Porter’s five force model. The content of the practical part is application theoretical knowledge on the company. Obtained knowledge will be used to creation strategies that should lead to minimalize threats and stabilize position on the market.
