Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on establishment of a firm with a specific product. The product consist of adjustments of golf equipment that is based on analyzing players’ physiology and skills, and importing of golf equipment from The United States of America and Canada. Continuously growing number of active players together with hunger for improvement and poor competition on the market makes ideal conditions for realization of the prospectus at first sight. However this sight is insufficient for establishing of a firm and must be completed with detailed analysis of own skills, distribution markets, competitors, marketing goals and a financial plan. The main goal of this thesis is creating of conditions for making high-quality decision whether the firm should be established. This main goal was met in two steps, at first by seeking and processing necessary theoretical knowledge for proper decision making between establishing and not establishing of the firm, and then by writing a concrete business plan.
