Porovnanie podnikateľského prostredia pre startupy a klasické podniky v Českej republike

Abstract

This thesis deals with the comparison of business environment between traditional companies and startup companies in the Czech Republic based on the ways of founding, organizational structure and ways of financing companies. Chosen benchmarking comparison method shows different and as well as similar characteristic of compared subjects. The theoretical part of this study, defines the scope of the practical evaluation, which includes evolution of business environment, institutions, typology of business forms, organization structure and forms of financing. Case studies of selected companies completed by previous researches and statistics points to problems on which are then provided recommended solutions. This part of the study is the principal aim as well as the practical part of this thesis work.
