Obnova katastrálního operátu přepracováním v k.ú. Mikulůvka

Abstract

The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the restoration of cadastral records by an overhaul of the Mikulůvka cadastral region. The first part contains a brief historic overview of cadastral records, starting with the Joseph II’s cadaster and bringing it to the current system of cadastral records management. The other parts of the thesis look into the preparatory work necessary to re-establish the cadastral records and the process of cadastral records restoration itself in the Mikulůvka cadastral region. Each section of the thesis describes one step of the restoration, each section states not only what is set down by the Instructions for Cadastral Records Restoration of 2009 (Návod pro obnovu katastrálního operátu 2009), by the Act on Real Estate Cadaster of the Czech Republic No. 344/1992 Coll. (The Cadaster Act) and by the Regulations No. 26/2007 Coll as amended by ensuing provisions (Cadaster Regulations), but also the way these steps are implemented in practice.
