Abstract

The bachelor thesis analyzes the current state of Diema ltd. from the point of view of protection of its legitimate interest against repeated thefts by its own staff. In the thesis, the theoretical – legal analysis of physical security issue has been done, the particular risk factors have been identified and, in the final part of the thesis, the suggestion of innovative precautions limiting illegal acts, including the economical assessment of the initial capital recoverability has been elaborated.
