Abstract

The scope of the master thesis is the elaboration of the project of „Pension Hnízdo, Frenštát pod Rahoštěm“, which will be situated in the cadastral area of Nový Jičín. The aim of the project is to prepare the project deliverables for the realisation according to the current building code and the relevant regulations. Part of the project is the thermal technology assessment of selected constructions and also a technological solutions of internal non-load bearing structures (partitions). The thesis also includes the comparison of the alternative proposal - firebrick from time and economical point of view. The end of the thesis offers the complete schedule for realisation of the project, itemized budget and the principles of organization required to be met according to the current regulation. The main contribution of this master thesis is to decide, which construction of internal non-load bearing structures will be the best from economical, time and technological aspects.
