Abstract
Inventory optimization in the manufacturing company Mölnlycke Health Care Klinipro Ltd. is the target of this thesis. It contains gained theoretical basis not only from logistics and inventory management, which are needed to understand these problematics. Optimization of safety stock and its economic evaluation is a part of this thesis. Obtained data will be compared with data from last year.
