Abstract

The thesis focuses on an introduction of a statistical process control in company European Parts Company, s.r.o. which production is characteristic by short run processes. The main objective of the work was to suggest an own design and an application of an appropriate tool to control the production processes as an alternative to the current proposed solution. In this work it is dealt with a chosen manufacturing process; its critical points and the current design of the statistical process control. With a perspective to the already identified weaknesses in the current practice, is given an introduction of a new procedure of the statistical process control that also covers the unfinished stages of the current statistical process control.
