Vytváření podmínek pro investice v rámci strategického plánu města Olomouce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytváření podmínek pro investice v rámci strategického plánu města Olomouce. Cílem je navrhnout na základě analýzy strategické cíle, priority a opatření pro nový Strategický plán města Olomouce v oblasti hospodářského růstu a konkurenceschopnosti. V teoretické části je popsaná charakteristika strategického plánu a jeho tvorby. Následující část je soustředěna na charakteristiku města Olomouce a jeho platných strategických dokumentů. Dále je ve vybrané lokalitě provedena analýza průmyslových ploch a možnosti financování jejich přípravy pro investory. V následující části je provedeno zhodnocení analýzy, vytvořen návrh cíle, priorit a opatření pro nový strategický plán v oblasti hospodářského růstu a konkurenceschopnosti. V závěrečné části jsou navrhnuta doporučení pro vedení města.

Bachalar´s study is focused on Creating the Suitable Environment for Investment within the Strategic Plan of the City Olomouc. The goal is to suggest on the base of analysis of the strategic objectives, priorities and actions for a New Strategic Plan of the city Olomouc in the area Economic Growth and Competitiveness . In the theoretical part is described the characteristic of the strategic plan and its creation. The next part is focused on the characteristics of the city Olomouc and its current strategic documents . Farther is done in the selected location analysis of industrial areas and opportunities for financing their preparation for the investors. The followed part is an assessment of the analysis , is produced design target , priorities and actions for a new strategic plan in section economic growth and competitiveness . In the final part is proposed recommendations for city leaders.
