Abstract
This thesis is devoted to Operating Properties of Electric Machines. At first part of thesis are analysed influences which effects on operation of electric machine, degradation influences depreciated functional skills of electric machines and using individual diagnosis of electric machines.
Second part deal about selection of electric machine in light of power, tension, rotation speed, weight and type of construction. It not missed here special motor or practical collation of direct current motor and synchronous motor.
At last part of this thesis are collation asynchronous motores in agreement with tension, number of poles, power factor, efficiency etc. As next are here collation asynchronous motores with synchronous motores and it not missed here asynchronous and synchronous generators too.
