Finanční porovnání variant obvodového pláště bytového domu v Opavě

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce j finanční porovnání navrhovaných variant obvodového pláště novostavby bytového domu Radost Opava. Obsahem této práce je vypracování dílčích částí projektové dokumentace pro stavební řízení, popisu jednotlivých variant obvodového pláště, technologického postupu pro etapový proces obvodového pláště, položkového rozpočtu jednotlivých variant obvodového pláště, časového plánu stavby ve formě řádkového harmonogramu pro etapový proces obvodového pláště a tepelně technického posouzení jednotlivých variant obvodového pláště.

The aim of this diploma thesis is financial comparison of the designed variants of the building envelope of the new residential house Radost Opava. The content of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of particular annexes to the project documentation for building permits, description of individual variants of the building envelope, the technological procedure for the stage process of the building envelope, the itemized budget of individual variants of the building envelope, the time schedule of the construction in the form of a line schedule for the stage process of the building envelope and the thermal technical assessment individual variants of the building envelope.
