Hodnocení ziskovosti reálné investice

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the investment project undertaken by company Deza, in mid-2010. The investment is evaluated by applying selected methods. The results achieved are compared with the results provided by the company based on own calculations. The Company received a subsidy, which is reflected in the evaluation. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the description of the methodology for investment projects evaluation together with the general performance of investment projects, company description, history, and the investment. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of investments. To evaluate the investments profitability selected methods were (dynamic and static). Finally, risk analysis was performed by using sensitivity analysis and break-even point.
