Požární zabezpečení heliportů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem jednotného a uceleného postupu pro hodnocení a zabezpečení požárně bezpečnostního řešení heliportů na základě zhodnocení statistiky četnosti letů a statistiky nehodovosti vrtulníků na území České republiky. Největší pozornost je věnována vyvýšeným heliportům používaným leteckou záchrannou službou. V úvodu diplomové práce jsou popsány vrtulníky a heliporty, jejich druhy a členění, pro které jsou dále stanovovány legislativní požadavky pro navrhování i schvalování. V další části je navrhována vlastní koncepce řešení, na základě vyhodnocené statistiky, která je následně podložena výpočty možného rizika požáru. V závěru práce jsou návrhy aplikovány na konkrétní příklady s doporučenými návrhy.

This thesis describes the design of a unified and comprehensive process for evaluating the security and fire safety solutions for heliports on the basis of the evaluation statistics frequencies and accident statistics helicopters in the Czech Republic. The greatest attention is paid raised heliports, used by air ambulance. The introduction describes the helicopters and heliports, their types and structure, for which they are determined further legislative requirements for the design and approval. The next part is designing custom design solutions, based on the evaluation statistics, which in turn is supported by calculations of potential fire risks. In conclusion, suggestions are applied to specific examples of recommended proposals.
