Manažerská práce a rozvoj manažerů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována vzdělávání a rozvoji manažerů ve vybrané organizaci. Hlavním cílem a zároveň řešeným problémem bylo analyzovat současný stav rozvoje manažerů a následně navrhnout koncepci netechnických soft-skills školení. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se manažerů a jejich přístupů a složek vzdělávání. Praktická část obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku společnosti a jejího současného stavu vzdělávání manažerů. Další, závěrečná část, obsahuje analýzu a vyhodnocení výsledků plynoucích ze zjištěných informací a návrhy možných změn a vylepšení v rozvoji manažerů dané organizace.

This bachelor thesis deals with the training and development of managers in a given organization. The main aim as well as the issue in focus was to analyze the current state of training of managers and, subsequently, to propose a concept of for non-technical soft-skills training courses. In the first section of the thesis, basic concepts regarding the managers and their attitudes and the components of their training are described. The practical section contains a short characteristics of the company in focus and its current state of the training of managers. The final part contains an analysis and evaluation of the results obtained from the researched data and also suggestions for possible modifications and improvements of the development of managers of the company.
