Abstract

This bachelor thesis addresses a design of a system of safe work at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o., an automotive manufacturing plant. The aim of the thesis is to develop a design of safe work for a crane D, situated in the pressing shop hall. The entire design is prepared according to the previous directives currently used in the company. The essence of any design of safe work is in enhancing workplace safety. This is achieved through the proposal of safe activities, assessment of all risks, and by design of the measures aimed at eliminating or minimizing these risks. Finally, the identified shortcomings of the workplace are listed along with the suggested improvements.
