Rozpočtové hospodaření vybraných územních samosprávných celků mikroregionu Buchlov

Abstract

This thesis is focused on budgetary management of selected general local authorities of the Buchlov microregion. The theoretical part primarily deals with main and secondary activities of general local authorities and also the issue of the municipal budget. Analysis and comparison of data from the municipals reports FIN 2 - 12 M of Buchlovice, Boršice, Zlechov and Velehrad villages are discussed and graphically documented in the practical part. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate budgetary management in the Buchlovice municipality in comparison to selected general local authorities of the Buchlov microregion in the previous election period (2010 - 2014) and to get an overview of management that is necessary for the municipal council desicion making for the next budgetary years.
