Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a service expansion design of a relaxation centre in Olomouc. The aim was to verify the interest on new services that will lead to increasing of customer satisfaction. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are described the marketing service, her properties and marketing mix of the services.The next part describes the relaxation centre, analyze the macro environment and its market, and then describe the various elements of the marketing mix. The practical part includes marketing research that I conducted using a questionnaire.Next part of the practical part are the analysis of the results from the questionnaire and then finding out the opinions and suggestions of respondents and afterwards the recommendations for the services expansion and new services suggestions.
