dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá monitorováním biosignálů EKG a PPG při použití platformy FRDM - KL25Z jako řídicí jednotky. Práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky o biosignálech, elektrokardiografii a pletysmografii. Dále je zde popsána konstrukce spojovacího prvku pro spojení všech částí měřicího řetězce, vývoj obslužného softwaru pro řídicí jednotku a tvorba aplikace pro zobrazení a analýzu naměřených dat. Na hotovém prototypu je poté provedeno vzorové měření biosignálů. Tato práce posuzuje funkčnost platformy FRDM - KL25Z jako řídicí jednotky.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This diploma thesis deals with monitoring of biosignals EKG and PPG using the FRDM - KL25Z platform as a control unit. Thesis summarizes theoretical knowledge of biosignals, electrocardiography and plethysmography. Further, the construction of connecting element is described, for connection off all parts from the measuring circuit, development of utility program for control unit and application development for display and analysis of measured data. Sample measurement of biosignals is peformed on a final prototype. This thesis assesses the functionality of the FRDM - KL25Z platform as a control unit.	en
