Obytný soubor Sedlec Praha, nízkopodlažní zástavba s převažující funkcí bydlení

Abstract

Diplomová práce „Obytný soubor Sedlec Praha, nízkopodlažní zástavba s převažující funkci bydlení“ se zaměřuje na návrh bytových domů v lokalitě Praha 6, Sedlec. Koncept a samotný návrh území vychází z inspirací zahradních měst a zástavby umístěné v parku s řešením problematiky parkování. Celá navržena oblast propojuje území této městské části s návaznosti na okolní části. Bytové domy jsou tvořeny čtyřpodlažními objekty bodového charakteru. Část objektů je řešeno jako bariérové bydlení, kvůli zvýšenému hluku vlivem železniční dopravy. Návrh území počítá i se začleněním stávajících objektů jako Hergetova cihelna, kaplička i zámeček s vinárnou. Všechny navržené objekty i rekonstrukce Hergetovy cihelny jsou zpracovány ve formě studie objektů. Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit příjemné bydlení spojené s rekreaci pro všechny sociální skupiny lidí.

The Diploma thesis „Residential Sedlec Prague, low-rise development with predominant features of housing“ focuses on the design apartment buildings in Prague 6, Sedlec. The design and own proposal is processed of garden cities and housing development situated in the park with solution the issues of the parking. The all proposal area is conected up to the territory this city area to continuity to surrounding parts. The apartment buildings are constituted of the four floor buildings of the dots characters. Due to train transport, the part of object is solving as a barrier-free housing. The proposal area is counting with incorporation current object as a Hergert’s bricworks, a chapel and a mension with a wine bar. In a form of study, the objects are processed the proposal objects and as well reconstruction of the Hergert’s brickworks. The pleasant housing united with recreation for all social groups of people was a created as a goal of the diploma thesis.
