Posouzení a analýza uzavírání pracovněprávních vztahů na základní škole

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on an analysis of contracts involving labour-law relations. The basic contracts are considered thus employment contract and agreements on non-employment work. The aim of the thesis is based on the contracts analysis to find possible mistakes in those contracts agenda at the chosen elementary school and to recommend the most suitable solutions as it comes to an improvement. In theoretical part of this thesis, there are the basic terms of this area explained. The entire process before employment itself and consequently contract conclusion is elaborated. Obligatory terms of both types of contracts are summarized as well as advantages and disadvantages resulting from such contracts conclusion are pointed out considering both parties´ views employer and employee. In practical part of the thesis, there is a basic characteristic of concrete organization described. Its organizational structure, types of employees and their salaries categories are elaborated. Further, the process of selection and recruiting new employees, setting and maintenance of their personal files is described.
