Abstract
The aim of the dissertation is Performance Evaluation of the Company by the Economic Vallue Added. The theoretical part is devoted to presentation of EVA and methods of her calculation. The work is applied to EUREST, Ltd. In the practical part are realized the necessary adjustments of the Balance sheet and Profit and loss statement, calculated the Weighted Average Cost of Capital and Alternative Costs of capital necessary for EVA entity calculation. Then is determined the EVA equity value according to methodology used by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the Czech Republic. The dissertation includes also EVA pyramidal decomposition by the logarithmic method and company comparison with sector averages.
