Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a web dashboard for monitoring and managing Shelly IoT devices. The work presents theoretical foundations of web data visualization, comprehensively describes the Shelly platform including supported devices and their technical specifications, and explains the principles of the MQTT communication protocol. The practical part contains analysis, design, and implementation of the server application ensuring communication with IoT devices via MQTT protocol and the client part with emphasis on effective data visualization and user-friendliness. The functionality of the created solution is demonstrated in case studies on specific applications in various environments.
